Launching our online store is how we are adapting to the new pandemic retail environment. We understand you cannot try things on when shopping on our website. Our "All sales are final" policy has been adjusted as follows:
All sales final on accessories- corset outfits, corset dresses, purses, masks, non clothing items, jewelry, etc. please carefully read instructions on how to measure yourself to choose the right corset size. We are happy to chat with you, please call us during business hours.
Exchange or store credit only on clothing and shoes within 2 business days of receiving merchandise. This excludes corsets and corset dresses which are final sale.
Carefully consider size charts when selecting clothing. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Our staff is available to answer your questions prior to placing your order, either by phone 504-529-3633, email email@example.com, or DM on instagram @roadkill13com. Facebook messages may take longer to get to us. Our goal is to minimize risk and aggravation to all parties in the transaction. Exchanges must be sent back in original packaging folded neatly with all tags still attached. Exchanges must be pre-authorized first at the phone number or email mentioned above.
There is no exchange or store credit for clothing items that have been worn. Exchanges must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, no creases, no make-up stains, no cigarette or body odors, food or soap or perfume odors. Items received and deemed to not be in perfect condition will be shipped back to the purchaser and charged at the full amount plus return shipping.
There are no returns or exchanges on previously exchanged clothing items.

In fairness to all, our policy has deterred customers from returning less than new items for the next customer. This is especially dangerous in pandemic times.
We are not responsible for packages or items or being lost by carriers.
